Key Responsibilities:

Data Sourcing and Collection:

• Identify and gather data from multiple sources, including internal databases, external repositories, and market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the acquisition of relevant and accurate data.

Data Mining and Customer Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth data mining to extract valuable information related to customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights that contribute to business growth.

Report Generation:

• Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Communicate complex data analysis results clearly and understandably to the Owner/Director.

Lead Funnelling and Strategy Development:

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to funnel leads based on data-driven insights.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of collected data through rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to address data quality issues and enhance data integrity.
