About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, processes, and workflows in close collaboration with business stakeholders
2. Collaborating with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs and proposing innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges
3. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and presenting findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences
4. Creating detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
5. Collaborating with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, assisting in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, and monitoring project progress to identify potential risks or deviations from the plan
6. Participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality
7. Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, recommending process improvements, and assisting in their implementation

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per project completion).
