About the Opportunity:

Location: Remote

Experience: 1 – 3 years

Probation period: 6 months

Salary:

• During probation period: INR 15000 / month
• Post probation period: INR 30000 – 35000 / month

Your usual day at work:

• Design and develop a state-of-the-art AI chatbot with a focus on contextual understanding and seamless conversation flow.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms to enhance the chatbot’s language understanding capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and integrate the chatbot into existing systems.
• Implement and maintain effective dialog management systems to ensure a coherent and contextually aware conversation.
• Continuously improve the chatbot’s performance by staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and integrating new technologies when applicable.
• Integrate the chatbot with external APIs and databases for additional functionality and information retrieval.
• Test and debug the chatbot to identify and address issues related to context retention, intent recognition, and response generation.
• Document the development process, code, and system architecture for future reference and team collaboration.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly chatbot experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, as needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI chatbots with a strong emphasis on contextual understanding.
• Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python, and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with frameworks designed for creating applications with LLM such as langchain.
• Solid understanding of dialog management, intent recognition, and context retention.
• Familiarity with API integration and working with external databases like MongoDB and vector embeddings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding user requirements.
• A self-driven individual with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and chatbot development.
