Main Purpose of the Job:

This role focuses on the NRM Performance Management and NRM Funnel to track the performance and results basis the choice making using the NRM framework.

The Business Analyst supports the integration of these tools in the current NRM Foundation ecosystem and supports the CoE, Market Engagement & the Product Managers to track the actions implemented using the NRM Framework.

While this is the core responsibility, they also support the required assessment for new initiatives and translate it into functional specification under the Pricing workstream. They are a key member of the product squad tasked with delivering the solution for the function/ market. They act as a key interface between business SMEs and the D&A squad members, and they liaise with the delivery team to ensure that the product is built to specification for tasked workstreams.

Overall, they would be heavily involved in the testing of the solution and along with the implementation guide, they support the product landing in the respective markets.

Key accountabilities:

1. For NRM Performance Management and NRM Funnel, work with Finance, Data-lake team, and Ops to smoothly integrate these into the current NRM Foundation ecosystem.

2. For selected workstreams, Interface with CoE, Senior Product Managers, business stakeholders to understand and capture the high-level business requirements & data demand, and conduct the required assessments

3. Understand the data requirements and assess the gaps in data availability by liaising with data team

4. Act as a key interface between squad members and the business to facilitate efficient working relationships

5. Work with the Product Managers & Engagement to specify the high-level analytics product design, in order to support the Product Managers in the development of the business cases.
