Execution & supervision of refractory installation work at various project sites in India.

80% of travel included

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Calderys Safety Protocols & Implementation of the same at project sites.
• Conducting safety toolbox, site audits, reporting near misses etc.
• Maintaining the refractory installation quality by following SOP as described in installation manual including maintaining of all laid down quality documents at site.
• Execution of the refractory installation job by strictly adherence to refractory execution drawings.
• Timely Execution as per the committed schedule including getting project completion certificate from customer.
• Preparation of MIS viz Daily progress reports, tracking sheet, material reconciliation in the prescribed format including close coordination with superiors (project coordinators).
• Responsible for material management at store and site including correctness of quantity of material received at project sites.
• Compliance of all statutory requirements at site.
• Ensure Timely submission of contractors bill and customers certifications for monthly billing.
• Keep the sites Machineries in tidy conditions including their timely repair & maintenance

Profile/Competencies:

Education and Experience requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Ceramics/ Mechanical Engineering
• Must be from Engineering/ Project Execution industry

As a part of Vestas Power Solutions, Product Solutions & Integration is responsible for designing the product architecture and product roadmap in response to market roadmap requirements, translating product architecture and roadmap into module requirements, and full Value Chain Integration.

Loads and Control (LaC), as part of Product Solutions & Integration, is responsible for designing and optimizing the product for load and control strategy together with cross-product design work. The department consists of highly skilled, international, well-experienced engineers who are taking accountability for all aspects of the LaC solution delivered to the Products which are placed across 3 design locations: Portugal, Denmark and India.

The loads and Control Quality department is responsible for fleet performance (load & power performance), this team performs the Root causes for the issues reported from the field and provides a solution to fix them, and also feeds the learning from failures back to the design team.

• Working with Technical leads on the Control Solutions for Turbines
• Understanding, Implementing & Testing the control code base change in line with guidelines
• Participate in Implementation & Functional Reviews
• Perform the RCA on controller performance issues and provide solutions
• Provide the solution for turbine improvements on non-standard product requests, Service solutions

• Master’s degree in Controls / Instrumentation & Controls / Mechatronics / Electro-mechanical/ Electrical / Engineering with a controls system background
• 0-1 years of Working experience in Simulation/Modelling tools such as MATLAB SIMULINK
• High Competence in Mathematical modeling of Electro-Mechanical and hydraulic Systems
• Knowledge of Control Design and Control Tuning using a Model-Based Control Approach

• Strong in Control Theory
• Programming knowledge in C++, SQL, R , Matlab
• Control System Modelling, Controller Design, Controller Tuning & Controller Verification
• Good knowledge in Power generation concepts.
• Knowledge in Aero Dynamics

Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Engineer, Security Sustainment to join Procore’s Cybersecurity department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Procore’s security infrastructure is maintained at the highest level of protection and efficiency. The primary goal of this role is to support the security sustainment engineering team to maintain established security measures that protect Procore’s systems and data.

As a Junior Engineer, Security Sustainment, you’ll partner with various teams across Procore, including software engineering, IT, and compliance, to manage and enhance our existing security infrastructure. Use your expertise in cybersecurity and DevOps to ensure that our systems remain secure and up-to-date. This position reports into the Manager, Security Sustainment Engineering and will be based out of our India offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with security engineering teams to understand their sustainment needs and offload repeatable work
• Regularly review of infrastructure to keep it to date with existing security protocols and standards
• Develop and report on key security sustainment metrics
• Stay updated on latest security threats and technologies and recommend necessary changes
• Be a part of promoting a culture of security awareness within the company

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Recent graduates looking for an entry level position
• Internships are a plus
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
