WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Developer in the Design Studios team, you will be part of a larger team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and create high quality compelling creative work. You will work with our consulting teams, design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts and engaging stories to achieve their vision and to leverage storytelling in compliance with BCG standards. You will be merging data with technology & design to create meaningful experiences, designing conceptual Data Visualization solutions, develop interactive and immersive interactions and experiences, mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate ideas, concepts as part of Design Studio solutions. You’ll also be providing rationale/development timelines, process and needs, collaborating seamlessly with internal cross-functional and external agency teams.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Understanding of the tools and technology and the various digital & interactive presentation possibilities
• Well versed with programming skills in various tools and software’s like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, D3, React JS
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Hands-on in work in development, execution, implementation and presentation of projects
• Understanding of complex data, can spot patterns, trends and correlations and can visualize and present it in an engaging, interactive and informative way
• Able to collaborate with people with diverse talents in the Design Studio
• Play a key role in complex creative projects from inception to completion
• Experience or working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is a must

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelors/ Master’s Degree/Technical Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• 3-6 years of progressive experience in a similar role with significant focus in Data Visualization, Web Development and related technology
• Must be hands-on and skilful on popular DV tools and software like HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, D3, React JS etc
• Working knowledge of programming languages like Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, JavaScript is a must
