Overview

Profile Overview

  • Verify weekly and ad-hoc reports (both data and monthly cost-wise) prepared by Product Consultants before its sent to the clients.
  • Able to manage stand-up meets with the team (either 1-to-1 or in the group)
  • Managing resource and team timesheet, and understanding resource availability and resource burn-outs.
  • Works on operational program management needs that might sometimes be for Project & Software Procurement, Pre-sales, and lateral work.
  • Sharing reports with higher management and leadership as and when required.
  • To own and direct the project onboarding for new projects under the thence program.
  • Keep track of Potential Risks, Issues (across all projects within the Thence Program) and beam it to the PMO, Delivery Head for next steps and actions.
  • Working with the HR Team to manage staff & resources for Programs
  • Working with the Sales Team on helping with pre-sales (when needed), resource availability, and new project onboarding activities.
  • Connecting with the Finance Team on an ad-hoc basis and as needed
  • Performs additional duties as assigned required to contribute to Thence’s continued growth.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding spreadsheets and being able to verify, crunch numbers and create various dashboards and view
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of program and project management.
  • Knowledge of agile project framework, project roadmaps and sprint planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or project management or related field.
  • 1-2 years full-time program/project management or related experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of IT industry (product or design domain) experience
  • Knowledge of Google Sheet, Doc, Slides, and Drive is a plus
