• Create high quality integrated and certified engineering repair solutions for the airlines and internal customers within the given time.
• Carry out assessments of a given damage scenario creating design solutions using standard hand and computer methods. Also interrogate drawing systems, raising and co-ordination of documentation.
• Liaise with Stress, Fatigue & Damage Tolerance and other appropriate Airbus departments to come up with optimum design solutions for the airline customer and to define maintenance programs.
• Liaise with Senior Design Engineers in Europe in order to ensure that methods, assumptions, data and procedures reflect on-going developments.
• Identify and support local improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through process, methods and tools improvements ensuring alignment with respective European focal points.
• Ensure with its technical signature delegation, that final repair brings the aircraft back into an airworthy condition.
• Ensure all tasks and activities required for Repair Engineering are correctly planned, monitored and executed to achieve customer time scales.
• With good customer skills, provide responses for routine repairs queries, giving advice and guidance as required within Airbus Operations and Customer Services on repair matters.
• Together with the Repair Stress Engineers, be a member of an integrated engineering team, ensuring its strategy, policy and direction is maintained.

• Hold, be working towards, or have the ability to achieve Level 2 delegated design signature.
• Background in design and sizing of Aircraft primary structure components and parts.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, set objectives and prioritize time, cost and quality.
• An understanding of the fundamental method of design philosophies and an ability to develop these methods.
• Ability to liaise/negotiate with Design/Production, Customer Services and risk sharing partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

A production support person/team is responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the maintenance of large-scale and heavily used applications.
• Debug and solve issues reported in production and perform the root cause analysis as level 1 support.
• Escalate all issues requiring an engineering solution to the relevant team with all required details.
• Document, analyze and report frequently reported issues for future feature development.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

• An engineering graduate or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience with Python, MySQL and ElasticSearch are a huge plus.
• Be comfortable with XML, regex, Linux commands, and tools like Postman needed to execute occasional tasks.
• Stellar problem solving skills.
• An eye for detail and ability to recognize genuine engineering issues from user errors, and resolve or escalate them in a timely manner.
• Hunger to learn new things and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership.

Your responsibilities

• Developing and delivering assigned MES Project scope for process industry customers like Cement & Mining.
• To ensure the project deliverables are met in terms of application quality performance & budget, while working with a team of automation project engineers.
• Carry out independently activities of basic and detailed engineering of MES systems.
• Responsible for technical deliveries in engineering, testing & commissioning of the systems.
• Carry out Engineering and commissioning of KM/OMS & FMS systems at Cement/Mining plants.
• Interface with customer and ensure meeting planned schedule of activities.
• Prepare periodic reports (like weekly commissioning report, time sheet, SAT) and update the relevant stakeholders and ensure time sheets are maintained periodically.
• Ensure customer queries are resolved on time & maintain customer relationship through professional approach.

Your background

• B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma from a reputed University with First Class in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics engineering.
• Required 10+ years of relevant work experience in MES implementation, software programming & independently handling areas of projects end-to-end.
• Should have experience working on ABB KM System or other MES system.
• Should have experience in Data Analytics- Python or R Script in Cement/Mining Process.
• Should be able to do KPI analysis, OPC interface with Control System and third-party Interface.
• Should have basic Knowledge on Oracle database along with Java/VB Scripting Language.

Role Summary

Role is a hands-on, highly technical role, accountable for working with MBRDI for data engineer and work on Azure data factory, data bricks, data Lake Gen2 for AIOps. In this role, the candidate will own and work as data analyst as well as the data engineer as the technical engagement; working directly with the team and business unit to envision, architect, set up the ETL solution and enhance the setup in azur cloud based solutions with DevOps mindset. Main responsibility is to setup the MLOps pipeline.
