Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience designing, developing and supporting Business intelligence Dashboards using BI Tools required (Tableau version 2019 or later preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server or Oracle required.
• 1-3 years of Experience analyzing source data in SQL for dashboard design and support required.
• Experience working within a global team environment, at times asynchronously from other team members
• Experience working with a diverse set of data sources including SQL, Oracle and .CSV
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders relating to complex requirements and pertinent subject matter

Responsibilities:

• Conducts critical testing and QA of dashboards and data sources on an ongoing and post-deployment basis to ensure a high level of data quality and dashboard integrity
• Monitors and investigates production related quality alerts and works with team members on resolutions
• Assists in managing Cotiviti’s internal metric management system to ensure data integrity, quality and timeliness
• Conducts analysis including data mapping, requirements gathering and readiness assessments relating to new and existing data sources used to support new development or enhancements of dashboards
• Supports Tableau enhancements, maintenance and testing in multiple environments
• Provides regular status updates to data integrators, developers, and management as needed.
• Performs other functions as assigned

• Responsible for Bureau Data Upload (Consumer, Commercial & MFI) within specified TAT as defined by regulator
• Responsible for creation of System User ID for CPU bulk report extraction
• Upload and managing database of Suit/Non-Suit
• Maintaining accuracy of bureau data and ensuring timely delivery of DQR and error logs
• Responsible for adhering to timelines as promised to the client
• Responsible for automation of existing reports and ideating new insight reports and solution to the client.
• Ensure appropriate client hand-holding-knowledge transfer is taken care of at the end of each engagement
• Handling 1-2 client engagements delivery at any given point in time

The IT Quality Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
• Conducts a variety of moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments; reports issues and makes recommendations for solutions.
• Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle; makes recommendations for enhanced documentation.
• Monitors products for conformance to standards; monitors processes for conformance to procedures.
• Documents findings and performs preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred
• Experience in requirement reviews & able to identify, communicate and document discrepancies.
• Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Understanding of Quality Processes
• Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem solving Proven ability to work to deadlines.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• QA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• Understanding of Investment Banking and Financial Instruments concepts
• Experience in JIRA and working in Agile Projects
• Experience working with Cucumber BDD, Cypress would be added advantage
