We are seeking a software engineer proficient in image processing and computer vision algorithms to join our team.
Responsibilities:-Build automation solutions for real-time native creative creation from various Ad exchanges.
Ensuring a match between the scalability of solution/s and ad-server’s traffic.
Influence the shaping of future products by significantly contributing to the architecture used across design families.Design frameworks for particular functions.
Define, document and test processes for inclusion into technical platforms, subsystem specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
Identify, analyze and resolve subsystem and/or design weaknesses.
Provide multilayered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.
Requirements
1+ yrs of experience in image processing algorithms implementation
Hands-on experience with object detection, tracking, and optical flow, and 3D reconstruction
Practical knowledge of machine learning, Bayesian filtering, information theory
Fluency with Python or/and GoLang
The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical teams
Highly Desirable skills
Expertise in image classification, segmentation, and feature extraction
Strong understanding of linear algebra, optimization, probability and statistics
Experience with software architecture and/or API design, complemented by robust integration skills
A background in Parallel programming

The IAM Integration team within Global Information Security facilitates the end-to-end process of onboarding applications into REQUEST (entitlements system) and OneCert (recertification engine).

This role is for an Integration Analyst within the Identity and Access Management domain at an Technical Analyst level. As part of the Integration team, the member, shall possess technical and functional knowledge in IAM products (OIM, OIA and similar) and will be responsible for working with key project stakeholders globally to facilitate the integration process with Request and /or Onecert. The member will also ensure smooth delivery on the various simultaneous integrations by managing them as individual projects.

What will you be doing?

  • Technical Skillsets:
  • Strong Identity and Access Management domain knowledge and exposure to various Identity Management administration toolsets (e.g, OIM, Sailpoint etc)
  • Understanding of OIM Core components like provisioning process, reconciliation, approval process, Segregation of Duty, Adaptor factory.
  • Understanding of Identity lifecycle, authorization, account management and administration.
  • Sound knowledge on administration and Support of IAM Applications and related toolsets and strong in troubleshooting and RCA.

  • Project Management:

    • Responsible for ensuring all project due dates are observed and kept on track. Responsible for working closely with Business Analysts (On-boarding BA Team) for understanding requirements to delivery of the Onboarding project.
      • Responsible for Project planning, Resource allocation and delivery.
      • Responsible for project tracking and reporting key metrics to Senior Management.
      • Participate and deliver on identity management projects requiring OIM workflow implementation and SOD Configuration.
      • Perform run-the-bank activities, managing BAU integration and amendment requirements.
      • Represent the team in project discussions with internal & external stakeholders.
      • Negotiate and manage timeline / prioritization expectations effectively with stakeholders.

  • Requirement gathering & Analysis:

      • Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and project teams to analyze and evaluate Business requirements.
      • Conceptualize workflow design following best practice and standards and provide innovative solutions to mitigate workflow process challenges.
      • Assist BAs in presenting complex solutions to stakeholders where appropriate
      • Build end to end Application access request workflows
      • Configure applications in the enterprise-wide recertification system
      • Configure and maintain Segregation of Duties rules
      • Work with the Development team and co-ordinate on change requests required for complex SOD rules configuration
    • Review and analyze complex business requirements and provide innovative /out of the box solutions ensuring compliance with system specifications and GIS/IAM standards,

  • Documentation:
  • Being able to document new requirements and operational processes catering to both business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Delivery:
      • Responsible for individual and team deliverables.
      • Facilitating user acceptance testing, tracking and progressing sign-off and hand-holding first time transactions.
  • Business Process Management: SME for the Onboarding and Integration process and responsible for the team adopting the process and running it on a BAU basis in line with required standards.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise level IT systems (relevant in IAM, IT Security) and Degree in Engineering with majors in Computer or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute.
  • Expert level knowledge of IAM products (OIM, Sailpoint etc). Proficient in SQL Queries (Oracle and MS SQL) and in-depth knowledge in IT Service Management, ITIL Certification is added advantage.

  • Ordering of parts in the Engineering Material System (EMS) with relevant details as per defined timeline
  • Collaborate with GM Suppliers and ensure commitment dates are obtained from the
  • suppliers & the parts are delivered to the required destinations as per Material Required Date (MRD)
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner for problem solving & issue resolution
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all the customer issues reported & develop
  • appropriate corrective and preventive actions
  • Follow Continuous Improvements and Standardized Processes for all areas of work
  • Perform material pull activity to generate tickets for shipping the material to the desired station location

Securitization—Lead Solution Advisor/Senior Solution Advisor

The Securitization team is a part of the Deloitte Advisory group. As a professional in this team, with a combination of strong technical skills and industry and marketplace knowledge, you will provide services in multiple market offerings like payment date verification, due diligence of U.S. Corporate Loans, effective date modelling and engagements involving sourcing of financial instrument vendor prices.

You will work with professionals with varied backgrounds and diverse experience both within the firm and from prior organizations in structured product modeling, pricing, valuation and recalculating various parameters of tranches and corporate loans. Professionals in this team either have pursued or are pursuing professional certifications such as CFA, FRM and PMP.


Work you will do

  • Work closely with US engagement teams with services in support of security payment activity, including asset and portfolio criteria compliance, priority of cash flow distributions, and events of defaults for CDO, CBO, CLO, hybrid transactions, and structured funds.
  • Expertise in interpreting various legal documents like Indentures, Swap Documents, Credit Agreements and Rate Reset Notices etc.
  • Has to setup excel models for various calculations performed in CLOs as per the underlying documents.
  • Perform quality reviews on the models/deliverables that are setup by staff and provide them with constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff on CLOs and industry/process best practices.
  • Work on assigned project responsibilities and meet project requirements.
  • Handle midsize team projects, including ownership of the entire project economics.
  • Lead key process initiatives for projects.
  • Explain difficult financial concepts to diverse, non-quantitative client contacts.
