ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Key driver of defining and driving measurement science in the organization
• Ability to clearly understand and define business problems and form diverse set of hypothesis
• Great problem-solving ability with the ability to form structured analytical frameworks for generating robust solutions Partner with stakeholders to a high extent in delivering impactful insights and value
• End to end execution of analysis in a robust, effective and efficient way

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 3-6 years of experience in Analytics/Data Science or related field
• Good Data understanding and hands-on experience on Data Manipulation tools like SQL, Python, Excel etc.
• Experience in Tableau is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning techniques like Regression, Classification etc.
• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related subject.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lead Business Analyst is a team lead role in which you will be applying analytical skills to solve strategic problems to have a significant impact on the business initiatives. You will be a key decision partner working with stakeholders across the value chain. You will be expected to grasp the underlying data requirements across functions such as Product, Operations,

Business etc. and generate reports and analysis that add value to them. End to end problem-solving with attention to detail is something that you bring to

the table.

Needs to eventually become a subject matter analytical expert for a specific function. Lead a team of analysts serving as a mentor both on analytical techniques as well as business domain skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to deconstruct a business problem into multiple logical steps and generating an overall robust analytical solution
• Lead and mentor a couple of analysts in defining the problem and creating robust set of hypothesis and also to improve their analytical problem-solving ability
• Great execution ability and detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve problems.
