What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our application and platform, as well as the multiple components in our system
  • Analyze problems of low complexity, diagnose and fix bugs of low complexity when appropriate
  • Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated problems
  • Resolve ad-hoc queries raised by operations teams/business teams
  • Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs

The position

Furthermore, will be responsible for compliance with Quality Docs, change management including system upgrades, enhancements, implementation of Sarbox controls where applicable. You will also act as a techno-functional expert and single point of contact for users/affiliates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant technology experience with high level technical certifications (Software Engineering, Computer Science,).
  • 57 years of experience with IT
  • 4+years of experience into service management
  • Experience in handling day to day operation and maintenance of IT systems which includes, incident management, change management and release management
