The Customer Digital Experience Internal Analytics team seeks a motivated reporting Analyst to create reports, documentation, and help the team deliver metrics in a timely fashion. In this role you will be responsible for working in lock-step with application or domain leaders acting as a senior technical product manager to create a clear strategic direction that will be delivered by the product development team. You will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of product features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders including but not limited to: Customers, Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, Development teams and Technical Architects.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build a portfolio of complex reports that help GE Healthcare build and invest in Digital Experiences.

• Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.

• Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.

• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.

• Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.

• Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.

• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers/TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories.

• Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.

• Partner with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy development process.

• Apply Agile Methodology.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 6+ years preparing complex reports for stakeholder teams

• 4+ years preparing complex reports for Senior Leadership teams

Desired Characteristics

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Advanced Microsoft Excel user

• Basic proficiency in PowerBI strongly preferred

• Basic proficiency in Salesforce report creation strongly preferred

• Basic proficiency with SQL queries preferred

• Basic proficiency in Spotfire Cloud report and dashboard creation preferred

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud report and dashboard creation preferred

Main Purpose of the Position :

The role will lead and support in store drivers optimization projects for Europe.
He/she will step up the promo optimization capabilities and approaches for the European Division, introducing and leveraging the most appropriate methodologies and tools for an effective promo optimization analysis and recommendations.
She/he will lead the pricing / margin agenda and the “Grow the Head” initiative for Europe, defining and conducting the most appropriate Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and assortment analysis and modeling. He/she will provide to the senior management short term / tactical and long term / strategic opportunities in Pricing / Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and assortment as a result of detailed analysis of existing retail audit data, internal financial data, consumer needs segmentation data and other relevant market, brand, competitive and macro-economic data together with advanced analytics modeling conducted by external intelligence and data providers and in-house.

Key Accountabilities :

Pricing, PPA, Promotion and Assortment Capability: tools and models
Keep fully updated on state of the art Pricing & PPA and assortment tools and models
Provide training and share new practices and success cases to build awareness, knowledge & usage of PPA and assortment optimization techniques in the regional team
Attend regular training on PPA and assortment optimization tools
Introduce new Promo Optimization tools and methodologies in the region based on RGM principles
Pricing and Price Pack Architecture, Assortment Analysis: Key activities
Clearly identify questions: Participate in Category team meetings whenever possible and proactively engage with category teams to identify any pricing needs and questions. Prioritize and align on the questions, align with the category teams on the scope for further analysis.
Data collection & review: Compile consumer research reports, pricing studies, elasticity studies, market structure reports, category situational analysis reports, financial reports, Nielsen share reports. Review, summarize, prepare initial learning and identify information gaps.
Nielsen / external data agency analysis: Conduct situation review analysis to identify opportunities & develop hypothesis using PPA tools (Mekko charts, Pricing structure, Magic price points, Threshold analysis, Price Gap/index vs competitors, SKU Margin Analysis, Quadrant / Bubble charts and Price pack incentive curves etc) and assortment optimization tools.
High level of proficiency in Nielsen Answers and Excel / Google sheet required.
Discrete Choice modeling: Consumer testing of new pack sizes/formats in a choice based conjoint study and quantify the market size opportunities for new pack sizes
Pricing and Price Pack Architecture, Assortment and Promo Optimization Analysis: Key activities
Lead Price and Promo studies to gather price elasticities
Very familiar with promo mechanics and funding rules, able to recommend the right promo strategy to improve the efficiency of the promotions and simulate the impact on the PnL
Run promo optimization analysis and projects in house and/or with agencies
Introduce new methodologies and capabilities to step up in promo optimization in Europe
Partner closely with the global RGM group
Communication:
Communicate all learning and insights in a compelling way to drive action: Ensure presentations and reports are clear, timely and inspiring as well as actionable. Influence Category Teams.
