About this role
The delivery of reporting and data visualisation is strategically important to making the Global business unit of BT a data driven company.
This role ensures that business needs are articulated in detailed requirements to allow for fast and complete delivery of data visualisation requests.
You’ll have the following responsibilities
- Understanding business problems and identify new opportunities for the use of data visualisation in BT Global
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders within Global
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand prioritisation of requirements and feedback on progress
- Decomposition of requirements into stories consumable by development team
- Give demonstrations of Qlik apps and answer questions from new stakeholder groups
- Implement stakeholder and user communication processes
- Implement tooling associated with requirement gathering and continuously developing and improving processes
- Act as a bridge between the business and the data visualisation technical experts
- Understand Qlik capabilities to be able to assess what technology changes would be needed at a high level
- Producing collateral to explain and promote the use of data visualisation in Global
You’ll have the following skills & experience
