KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES

As a Software Developer, you will use your vast experience in full stack software development to implement high complexity solutions, improve existing features and code maintainability, and deliver digital solutions needed to perform data- and computation- intensive sustainability research, back-office operations. You will be working together with a team of talented and results oriented individuals and take part in the constant development and improvement of our digital products.

Also, you will be able to improve your software development skills by implementing high complexity solutions in geographically distributed environments, improving existing features, and working with cutting edge technologies.

  • Contribute to the development of new products by using .NET Core and in other software frameworks;
  • Implement solutions based on requirements within estimated timeframes;
  • Collaborate with product management teams in different parts of the world to achieve and extend the overall vision of the product;
  • Research and propose different solutions and possible enhancements;
  • Solve reported issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience with:.Net Framework, .Net Core, C#, PostgreSQL, Microservices, REST APIs, architectural design patterns, software design patterns;
  • 2+ years’ experience with: Angular and TypeScript or other JavaScript frameworks;
  • DevOps skills working with AWS/Azure is an asset;
  • Python knowledge is an asset;
  • Knowledge of how software automation works;
  • An understanding of cloud computing technologies, including Software as a Service solutions leveraging Microsoft and/or Amazon technology is an asset;
  • Prior experience with No-SQL databases is an asset;

Responsibilities

  • Maintains an expert-level understanding of our products in order to most effectively probe for problems.

  • Mall Onsite Technical Support Executive will work with the Service Delivery Managers to support WovVRA implementation and operation.
  • WovVRA is used by a location (mall, foodcourt, airport, etc. ) to capture automated daily sales data from all outlets present in the location

  • Gain and maintain knowledge of assigned customers’ technical and business environment, including key customer contacts.
  • Provide in-depth problem determination and verification, including (but not limited to) complex Root Cause Analysis reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation. Engage additional resources when necessary. Construct and document clear and concise Technical Plans of Action for customers and front line support.

Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of variable factors. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-8 years relevant work experience supporting customers in a technical environment preferred OR commensurate college-level coursework, or a combination of both. Specialist knowledge and experience in supporting one Aspect product and at least one other product family.
  • Some travel, after-hours, or on-call work may be required.
  • Shift flexibility including weekends.
  • Technical Certifications and second or third languages a plus but not required

Your Role and Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, you are required to work under Regulatory Reporting streams for TRAC Technology under Markets Post Trade Reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of this Reporting regulation from both a Technology and Operational standpoint
  • Accountable for ensuring all aspects of the program delivery are scoped, planned, tracked, implemented and maintained post successful completion
  • Accountable for Applications development deliveries happening out of India for TRAC projects across multiple IB asset classes. Ensuring all deliveries to necessary cost / budgets, against agreed SLAs and to the highest standards
  • Managing business deliveries across TRAC platforms/projects including new regulations, Legacy and Strategic remediation, SIP milestones, BICEPS etc. right from prioritization, resource allocation, program planning and program execution & closure.
  • Crisp and clear reporting across TRAC deliverables to reflect actual status for in progress program activities. Transparent stakeholder communication around delivery strategy/ delivery approach etc
  • Deliver Regulatory Reporting programs for Markets Post Trade Pune (e.g. SFTR)
  • Maintains deep understanding of a system stack that is highly complex and has ability to dive deeply into technical and business issues. Ability to act as escalation point for major Incident handling and problem management.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Business Analysis function in an international investment bank and / or a major consulting firm within financial services
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory reporting for Investment Bank, with very strong functional and domain knowledge of the various reporting regulation like MAS/ESMA/CFTC/HKMA/JFSA/MIFID
  • Experience in OTC Derivatives and how they work from trade capture down to Back Office
  • Working knowledge of an investment banking environment in regulatory reform or Trade Reporting programme
  • Proven ability to deliver in matrix management environment without direct resource ownership
  • Experience in process improvement analysis and business process reengineering.
  • Expertise in investment banking front to back processes and Operations.
  • Proven track record of execution and results, high level of drive to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Sound experience in data analysis, validation and presentation of results
