What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Insights & Intelligence vertical and help us generate insights by leveraging the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics techniques to deliver value to our clients. You will also help us apply your expertise in building world-class solutions, conquering business problems, addressing technical challenges using AI Platforms and technologies. You will be required to utilize the existing frameworks, standards, patterns to create architectural foundation and services necessary for AI applications that scale from multi-user to enterprise-class and demonstrate yourself as an expert by actively blogging, publishing research papers, and creating awareness in this emerging area.

You will be working as a part of the data-driven Data Visualization team which is primarily responsible for leveraging visualization tools to create informative dashboards and help enable clients and businesses to make impactful decisions.

The role is focused on leveraging Tableau to create visually appealing reports, charts, graphs and dashboards using data. The role may require driving, facilitating ongoing daily/weekly monthly reviews in a highly unstable environment calling out insights on improvement areas for delivery leads.

You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team which is responsible for the administration of health claims. This team is involved in core claim processing such as registering claims, editing & verification, claims evaluation, and examination & litigation.

In Claims Administration you will be responsible for administration of health, life, and property & causality claims. This also includes activities involved in core claim processing such as registering claims, editing & verification, claims evaluation, and examination & litigation.

Overview:

CloudSEK’s SaaS-based product X-Vigil helps clients assess security in real-time from the
perspective of an attacker 24*7. Our monitors track our clients’ various Internet-based resources
for potential security risks. Instead of using traditional static threat detection engines and
manual verification processes, our monitors use Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to
identify risks.
The technical writer, being a part of the Product Documentation team will be responsible for
documenting and managing all information and documentation available to customers for their
ease of use.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing, maintaining, reviewing and analyzing product manuals, documenting communication decisions and developing briefings and other material necessary to support the usage of the product.
• Supporting the technical team in editing engineering documentation, software documentation, manuals, reports, or any other documents or presentations as required.
• Creating and maintaining API documentation for new APIs being developed.
• Ensuring consistency of expression, logical organization and development, readability, appropriate formatting and conformity of grammar and style to customer standards.

SKILLS
