Your Career
Become a member of the CFO Organization’s Transformation team at Palo Alto Networks! We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Analyst with a strong background in Quote to Cash processes who is excited to join a high growth, Company. The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside Revenue and Account Leadership to optimize the structure, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance governance, and build scalable solutions for future growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of the project lifecycle for Finance software, exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to deliver game changing business outcomes.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with business organizations (Accounting, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT, Legal, Support, Finance, etc.) to assist in implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects.
- Identify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities within current Finance processes and solutions through current or future technology capabilities like SAP S/4HANA, Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Execute Finance Transformation projects, governance, and development of process documentation and training materials.
- Develop and execute system testing to properly account for Finance & Accounting functions (Including SAP S/4HANA, SAC, Group Reporting, Anaplan etc.)
- Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Develop project updates and internal communication within the organization and represent in cross- functional meetings by using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
- Analyze complex ideas or point of views and build a range of practical and meaningful recommendations.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- 3+ years of progressive experience managing projects and process improvements within the Finance function with 2+ years’ experience with Finance Transformation related experience preferred.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle with expertise on Planning and Execution of User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to build relationships across multiple functions, manage and implement new processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as thorough abilities utilizing Google Suite.
- Experience with financial systems, SAP S/4 HANA, BI, Blackline, Tableau, and SFDC is preferred.
- Experience with high technology companies in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space is a plus.
