Job Description Summary: The Engagement Business Analyst supports the overall engagement of PayPal Finance team members. The Analyst works within the Finance Business Operations Engagement team, which has responsibility for enabling an employee experience that embodies the Values and Leadership Principles of PayPal. Work of the team includes communication, training/development, interns, engagement, DIEB, community impact, recognition, new employee experiences, and wellness. The Analyst supports these areas in a variety of ways, including developing relevant content on Sharepoint and other mediums, supporting templates and drafts for Finance communications, enabling enterprise-wide activities within Finance, and creating reporting for engagement activities.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with development of programs, events and training for the global Finance team
- Enhance the Finance Sharepoint site to provide relevant, rotating content to connect Finance team members to overall strategies within Finance
- Support activities that foster an engaged culture throughout the global Finance organization, with a focus on connection amongst colleagues and to the business in a largely virtual workforce
- Participate in content development and review processes for training, sharepoint, and communication content
- Provide reporting for various engagement activities, including participation in programs, metrics for community impact, and other needs as they arise
- Champion a culture that supports the Values and Leadership Principles of PayPal
- Create solutions to support communications, training/development, interns, new employee experience, DIEB, community impact, wellness, and recognition for Finance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong ability to listen and quickly pivot as business needs change
- Ability to navigate change in a complex, global environment
- Communication experience in a variety of formats, with a focus on written communication in a corporate setting
- Development of content for a variety of mediums, including newsletters, online sites and training programs
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in communication, training/development or other related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas in presentations.
