We work closely with product, marketing business teams and strategic finance to develop an enviable suite of metrics, exploratory analyses, tools and dashboards; all supported by robust data pipelines that scale with our continually expanding business.
Who are you?
Analytics professional with a proven track record of extracting and manipulating data using SQL and leveraging advance Tableau and Microsoft Excel features for data analysis in a fast-paced global technology company or a startup. A strong articulate communicator with business acumen who can work efficiently and effectively with key stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to define and produce business metrics and insights within a given time frame. Someone who pays attention to detail and is intellectually curious to make the extra effort to understand the underlying causes of business trends. Lifelong learner who has the inclination to continuously learn new skills, is comfortable with ambiguity and can produce high quality, error free business analyses with minimal oversight
Role:
Constantly work with Global stakeholders in identifying right target population, designing and extracting data for survey research study campaigns. Play a role of data & analytics advisor to Market Research stakeholders helping them in generating fact-based decisions. Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents. Continuously lookout for automation opportunities and execute prioritized opportunities. Own production, development and maintenance of business reports, Tableau dashboards, and ongoing analyses to meet SLAs. Identify & Implement optimization opportunities in the market research process.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a fast-growing global technology company or a highly regarded startup analyzing large, multi-dimensional datasets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations Expert level SQL skills to manipulate large datasets through standard access tools like Teradata. Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High level Tableau skills to create impactful dashboards. High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or the willingness to learn and ramp quickly. Have knowledge of Python or any scripting language (Added advantage).
