Job Location: Chennai

• Market Research team is looking for self-motivated analytics professionals with at least 2 years of experience.
• Below are the skills we are looking for in the candidate.
  Strong SQL skills to manipulate and extract data.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel features to convert raw data into meaningful views
• Strong coding skills to automate regular business reports and Good Tableau skills to create dashboards.
• Business Acumen to produce relevant metrics and insights.

Role:

• Constantly work with Global stakeholders in identifying right target population, designing and extracting data for survey research study campaigns.
• Play a role of data & analytics advisor to Market Research stakeholders helping them in generating fact-based decisions.
• Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents.
• Continuously lookout for automation opportunities and execute prioritized opportunities.
• Own production, development and maintenance of business reports, Tableau dashboards, and ongoing analyses to meet SLAs.
• Identify & Implement optimization opportunities in the market research process.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-growing global technology company or a highly regarded startup analyzing large, multi-dimensional datasets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations
• Expert level SQL skills to manipulate large datasets through standard access tools like Teradata.
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High level Tableau skills to create impactful dashboards.
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or the willingness to learn and ramp quickly. Have knowledge of Python or any scripting language (Added advantage).
