We are an End-to-End team of 20 members consisting of Business owners, Data Scientists and Data Analysts based out of SanJose, Bangalore, Chennai & Dublin. As a member of the CB COE team, youโ€™ll play a key role in PayPal margin improvement through Loss and Opex reduction. Be a subject expert for Chargeback policies and Chargeback process. Work with partner teams such as Operations and Engineering for project implementation. You will combine strong data and analytics skills with business understanding and customer mindset to provide world class dispute management for PP and its customers.
