Responsibilities
DX NA delivery Support efforts to establish key market contacts within Sector verticals as a delivery point of contact for all regular needs for respective market business partners Support simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with sector stakeholders) Process management o Create and evolve communication processes with Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
o Partner with Business Partners to develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
o Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop People Responsibilities Develop the capabilities, motivation and engagement levels o Support subordinates and peers through mentoring coaching in growing their functional skills and capabilities o Set and monitor performance goals for evaluation of direct subordinates o Provide timely feedback on team member performance
o Build meaningful developmental paths for subordinates o Support team motivation and retention Capability development o Support training agenda for new hires to streamline hub onboarding and minimize the learning curve with common data sources and frequent questions o Enance internal knowledge and team efficiency through productivity optimization and automation projects
o Address any gaps in team competencies (training and development) together with forming developmental plans for existing workforce and potential external talent search
Qualifications/Requirements An experienced Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 8years experience Education: Masters or bachelors in computer science, economics, statistics Language: English Fluent Proven business analytics experience or commercial experience in a combination with strong analytical skills
Strong leadership and influencing: Motivates action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller. Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others.
Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually Previous exposure with Agile development methods, SQL, R/Python, data science, Tableau and Power BI Managerial experience: Experience in building a high performing and highly engaged teamRelocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular
