Overview

This role will be responsible for providing data and analytics support, across different HR verticals: Talent Aqcuistition, HR Operations, Talent Management , Total Rewards, internal MIS and the broader HR function including the market HR teams. Theis role looks after all aspects of our HR reporting and analysis, including data acquisition and validation, as well as interpretation of the results., You’ll This role will delivering the our core set of reports on a bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly, annual basis or adhoc as agreedinline with defined KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Role has evolved and enhanced over the period of time – Added more of APAC/AMESA Reporting and Dashboards and Payroll reporting activities in addition to the existing role as the scope of work increased.
  • We have created efficiencies and added more to the scope and transitioned additional reporting deliverables from sector. This has been possible based on the capabilities which we have enhanced over the time since the start of this role.
  • Added new work as part of the role requirement, backup for most of the APAC/AMESA reporting more than 100+ reports.
  • Handling AMENA/AMESA Reporting Stake Holder management

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years experience in HR Reporting and Analytics
  • Experience in SAP Successfactors
  • Should have Power BI basic/intermediate knowledge to be able to design and develop dashboards and scorecards
  • Ability to communicate information verbally and through written and graphical means using modern presentation tools Performance tuning experience
  • Understanding of learning delivery and assessment methods and the unique metrics for same
  • Understanding of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), experience in Degreed preferred
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), experience in SuccessFactors Learning preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills
  • Ability to ideate requirements & design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements documentation
  • Experience handling and safeguarding sensitive employee data to ensure data privacy and protection
  • Advanced knowledge on Excel
  • Please provide the total overall years of experience required for this role in min-max range like 5-7 years, 7-9 years, 9-12 years etc., as it is currently provided as more than 4+ years
  • Strong excel and data visualization skills
  • Should have the ability to create macros
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work with virtual teams across the globe (remote work locations)
  • Actively participate in technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions
Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
