Position Description

Peraton is currently seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst for its’ Federal Strategic Cyber program in Arlington, VA.

Position Description
In this role, you will:
- Work with a team of Analysts to define and oversee database organizations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of data environments.
- Advise applications development staff data solutions to business problems, data architectures, data base management system facilities and capabilities.
- Communicate, coordinate, share information, and work closely with customer components.
- Identification and development of mission enhancement opportunities.
- Management and delivery of all Integrated Master Schedules and Master Plans
- Work closely with the Analytics Research team to identify platform enhancements that support the forward-looking analytics under consideration.
- Analysis may have many applications such as to address a business issue or provide a competitive advantage for the organization.
- Require strong statistical and data visualization skills.
- Need to have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-5 years’ experience required.
- Microsoft Project experience.
- Experience with documentation support for a large team.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with multiple internal and external customers.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD).

Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $40,000 Salary Mid: $80,000 Salary Maximum: $100,000 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
