Job Location: Chantilly, VA
Peraton is seeking a skilled individual for our Business Systems Analyst II Position who will provide expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and industry requirements. The individual will be responsible for determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Day-to-day functions will include analyzing business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, call center management and human resources systems. The preferred candidate will work independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems. Responsibilities also include devising and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 2-4 years experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and minimum 6 years experience
- Exposure to CMMI Level 3 practices and processes
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience performing integrated system testing and validation
- 3-5 years’ validating web batch jobs using TWS scheduler
- General understanding of housing financial transactions
- 3-10 years’ of mainframe coding or testing experience
- Experience with TWS, JIRA and system testing integration
- Ability to understand COBOL language and process flow the internal business rules

Colorado Salary Minimum: $49,000
Colorado Salary Maximum: $118,800
