Job Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Support risk organization and various business units by reviewing documents for quality
- Follow well-defined process/checklist to ensure all steps are being followed
- Establish knowledge of client business challenges.
- Build trusted client relationships by maintaining regular client communication and satisfaction.
- Help deliver status updates, presentations, etc. to clients and management teams.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of professional business analysis experience supporting financial services clients
- Risk/regulatory experience is preferred but not necessary
- Background in quality assurance would be helpful (i.e. reviewing documents for quality, ability to follow a well-defined process/checklist to ensure all steps are being followed)
- Highly detail oriented, well organized and hands on.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and ability to multi task.
- Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to new situations and challenges.
