Job Location: Mumbai (All Areas)

Job description

  • Lead end-to-end conceptualization, implementation and adoption of critical sales/ business systems
  • Knowledge of Process Automation and Digital Transformation is essential.
  • Manage seamless rollout (including training and go-live) of current systems (Distributor Management System, Sales Force Routing & Automation) across new distributors.
  • Identify business opportunities/ issues and work with systems vendors on requisite systems development/ enhancements (including business process mapping, effort estimation and negotiation, project management, UAT, and live release)
  • Resolve any issues in current systems modules basis feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective project management, with timely, high quality and cost-effective delivery from respective vendors
  • Closely monitor systems usage, and drive market adoption & excitement (including influencing behavioral change and demonstrating value-addition where required)
  • Work with sales leadership to resolve/ escalate issues related to systems adoption
  • Link business objectives to key KPIs/ metrics and track key outcomes vs. plan
  • Develop key business dashboards/ reports to help review business performance more effectively (Knowledge of Qlikview will be an added advantage)
  • Leverage business systems and dashboards to proactively analyze business performance data, and distill key insights and actions for business performance enhancement
  • Refine approach/ initiatives basis implementation learnings and market feedback
  • Anticipate and mitigate implementation and change management risk
  • Conduct trainings for end users on dashboards, DMS & SFA applications wherever necessary.
  • Should have exposure to working on SAP / ERP

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Post-graduate from reputed institution (Engineers and MBA will be preferred)
  • 6-8 years of experience, in a mix of system/ IT and business-oriented roles
  • Strong project management, analytical and interaction skills
  • Exposure to conceptualization and driving implementation/ adoption of business/ sales systems (e.g., distributor management system, sales force automation, business dashboards, etc.)
  • Able to confidently interact with stakeholders across different levels (from senior leadership to front-lines sales team)
  • Exposure to managing and coaching a small team
  • Balance of big pictureโ€ perspective and implementation orientation
  • Exposure to critical sales excellence business areas, e.g., distributor management, sales force effectiveness, will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with FMCG or related industries would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and local language
  • Highly conversant with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, DMS, SFA, SAP/ERP and Analytical tools.
