Job Location: Chennai
ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing analytical support to InterCompany Operations Logistic Platform Services, able to delivery accurate reporting to support business and ensure Zero Defects in Data Quality.
The role is also responsible to ensure every shipment is being capture in Integrate Platform Services. Provide advance analytic support to infer various data models and provide value added KPI’s to ensure on-time delivery of products to patients.
The scope of the role is ‘end to end’ data management from forwarders, plants through international logistics centers to the commercial markets/3rd party customers in distributor markets.
The role will require effective communication to independently drive and coordinate with colleagues in regional, site and global functional teams and Pfizer’s contracted Global Freight Forwarders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for data quality of the analytics platforms (internal/external)- Communicating with relevant stakeholders to get the relevant data to drive business as usual processes

Uncover issues and determine root cause (business & technical) related to forwarders information in Integrated logistics platforms

Utilize and Promote Operational Excellence and continuous improvement principles, identify creative, sustainable solutions that achieve required service, cost, and quality results.

Leverages Logistics Platform Solutions tools capabilities. Collaborate actively with Intercompany Operation enabling teams to understand and further develop strategies and tools to support Logistics Platform Operations functions

Provide descriptive analysis using Freight forwarders data to determine KPI’s that ensure patients receive their products on-time.

Provide Analytical support to In-house tools (In-transit Visibility and Booking) and assist in ensuring data is compliant and accurate

Respond to Ad-hoc reporting and ensure the data provided is with Zero Defects and usable

Cross functional collaboration with various functions to drive Continuous improvement initiatives and provide E2E visibility of Pfizer Shipments
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors’ University degree with Min of 2 years (Or) Master’s in Business Administration with Min of 1-year related experience in analytic field, ideally with Logistics Operations/Supply Chain/Materials Management.

Hands on experience in Tableau (Must), Python (Must), Advance Excel (Must)

Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Logistics Certification or Major in Logistics as Discipline in University Degree

Prior exposure to Pharma Industry an added advantage

Proven ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong teamwork orientation.

Work effectively in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines.

Experience is SAP ECC and SAP Business Intelligence

Excellent MS Office skills including database/MS Access

Excellent written and verbal/spoken English communication skills
