Builds innovative reporting capabilities, cross-functional metrics, and analytical tools that will drive data-driven decisions

Analyzes various processes within the department and identifies areas to improve reliability, efficiency, and cycle time

Automation of transactional tasks with focus on business continuity and data validation

Develop optimization, modeling, and forecasting tools while building in-house data science, data mining and statistical modeling capabilities to drive top and bottom-line improvements

Demonstrate a passion and curiosity in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets

Excel in data preparation and synthesize data from disparate sources to create engaging reports that highlight key findings and draw insights

Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow through

Approach problems in a scientific manner but can also execute pragmatically

1-2 years of experience in programming, statistical modeling, and quantitative/qualitative analysis

1-2 years of experience with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Python
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Sharepoint
