We’re currently hiring a Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand their strategic/tactical objectives and requirements and translates those into standard and easily digestible documentation to communicate to the development team for execution. The Business Analyst serves as the key liaison between the business and IT responsible for maintaining the demand funnel by assessing project priorities, analyzing resource availability, keeping up with project deadlines, and finally communicating with the customer on any key updates and deliverables.
Additional Responsibilities:
Meet with business stakeholders to understand their priorities and requirements
Analyze requirements and provide/recommend optimized solutions
Work with the offshore development team to translate business requirements into specifications that will aide in the development of dashboards and/or reports
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst type role
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Highly analytical and KPI driven
Highly result oriented that does not let perfect get in the way of better
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Good level of understanding of data and analytics
Good level of business acumen, especially in global manufacturing environments.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. desired
