You are responsible for
- Drive Data, Insights and Analytics roadmap. Liaison with key stakeholder to align on strategic priorities impacting business value
- Translate strategic plans and roadmap into operational objectives. Follow the process and tool agreed at the IT level with platforms and orchestration layers. Ensure data quality standards working closely with information & data orchestration layer
- Execute Data, Insights and Analytic projects and activities in close cooperation with IT platform leads, IT platform domain leads, Information & Data, and stakeholders
- Implement AI / ML techniques working together with orchestration layers and domain leads
- Drive efficiencies and consistency in providing data insights by consolidating data for an enterprise view
- Support senior leadership by providing data insights to drive top and bottom-line performance and company performance
- Keep strong and open alignment with orchestration layer on data governance topics, data standards and strategies, possible domain capacity needs etc.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company
- Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
- Understanding business symptoms and identifying opportunities in the domain and arriving at potential solutions (from Data, Insights & Analytics perspective)
- Understanding the business implications of solutions, and providing directions in defining the solutions to support any future
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Master s degree in information management, computer science, statistics, economics or business management or related fields
- Certification in Lean, project management, team management a plus
- Experience in Qlikview, Qlik sense, Azure, Tableau CRM is preferred
- 13+ years experience in Data, Insights & Analytics domain with 5+ years industry experience
- Professional Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence that enable effective engagement with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written skills, ability to interpret a security scenario document a summary
- Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem-solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing Office 365, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts
- Must communicate consistently and drive objectives, relying on fact-based decisions about risk that optimize the trade-off between risk mitigation and business performance.
- Good presentation, project management, facilitation, and delivery skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Develop/Implement automation solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned to client business, technology, and threat posture.
