You are responsible for
In this opportunity, you have the chance to drive global operational excellence across markets, businesses and functions, towards benchmark standards in cost productivity and customer experience. Focus will be on reducing Equipment Market Cost of Sales (MCoS) which are the cost incurred in the Market required to realize an equipment or solutions project, of which the related revenue lands on the Equipment P&L. You are responsible for
Provide and analyze MCoS related key performance data on a regular base (e.g. related to installation, implementation, application training, first year warranty and Field Change Orders cost)
Analyze and identify improvement areas for cost productivity and work closely with markets and businesses to support implementation of improvements, in close collaboration with the MCoS Performance Managers
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the developed analytics solutions to support stakeholders in training, and identification of operational service delivery opportunities or performance issues.
Support benchmarking and best practice sharing across business, markets.
Support standardizing analytics support of established initiatives and prepare for handing them off for Daily Management to running operations
Create smart analytics to support new initiatives in close collaboration with markets, modalities and other stakeholders within S&SD
Provide analytical support and deep dive statistical analysis, to programs, projects, workshops and Kaizens with respect to customer service operations and related financials
Support the formulation of management recommendations, business case creation and management reports, tools and dashboards
You are a part of
The Services delivery performance team, within the O2C/Operations group of global Services and Solutions. This team is responsible for driving global services delivery performance, based on analytical capabilities, understanding of customer and market service delivery requirements, and rapid deployment of internal and external best practices. We act in a dynamic environment of collaboration with markets, business and functions, where we apply operational excellence to lead to visible change and results for our markets, and continued value to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Minimum Bachelor degree, University degree or MBA preferred
Minimum 9+ year experience in global, multicultural environment
A strong track record and knowledgeable in business analytics
Experience in managing/monitoring KPI’s
Finance affinity (able to understand and deep dive P&L)
Experience working across different markets and businesses with different seniority levels
Team player, strong communicator and proven stakeholder management skills
Change management experience – LEAN certified
Fluency in English
