E2E Data Analyst
Ker Areas of Responsibilities
- Drive data strategy from design through implementation while acting as a trusted advisor to Supplier Quality Engineer Teams
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions meeting data warehousing design standards
- Applies a global approach to analytical solutions-both within a business area and across the other businesses
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility
- Design and build data structures with a strong understanding of analytics needs to improve the efficiency
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques & provide ongoing reports
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Job Description
- Establishes basic reporting for SQE, shares dashboards and analytical insights from data
- Designs and develops data structures and algorithms to respond to the reporting and analytics needs
- Implement data strategy while acting as a trusted advisor to SQE teams
- Provides scalable technical solutions by translating complex business requirements
- Trains, educates, and supports staff members
- Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across cross functional team and support other colleagues
- Analytical skills solving low to medium complexity requests
- Follows processes and operational policies
- Support decision making processes
- Suggests improvement projects
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in research, statistics or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Software (like SAP, Trackwise) knowledge
- Leading integration projects of different software domains
- 3+ years of experience
