Service Scorecard

Customer Service Analytics portal – Qlikview

Check data quality and consistency, clarify observations/ and improve quality

Connect relevant sources and ensure the usage of the correct data source.

Stakeholder consultance for data availability and data quality
-
Proactive Analysis of data according unusual observations or trends

Prepare results in presentations

Create standard reports on regular basis

Daily / monthly Complaint Report

Post Market Surveillance Report

Trending Report

Monthly MT Warranty review
-
Quarterly MT Q&R Review

Analyzes complaint data, gathers additional data as needed, and partners cross functionally to provide feedback to the BIU supporting complaint evaluation and/or to the Market Management Review on potential process and quality improvements.
Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
