You are responsible for

requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree -
>5 years of related experience for a Bachelor’s degree or <3 years of related experience for a Master’s degree -
Communication skills for managing relations with management representatives -
A seasoned, experience professional with a full understanding of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways -
Deals with ambiguity and spots opportunities for improvements -
Being able to develop/administrate schedules, performance requirements -
Act as advisor to subordinate to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems -
Data management skills -
Managerial skills for people management in case of direct reports and managing a simple set of subcontractors or partners -
Demonstrated experience of adequate soft skills -
Team player -
Self-Starter -
Proactively managing the change -
Being able to motivate, direct and integrate multiple functions and staff
