You are responsible for
- Support Intake business requirements and deliver Solution Design together with BIO, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Platform Solution Managers, DevSecOps Managers, Tribe leads in supporting Solution/Release planning and other Agile Phases.
- Support Product Owner, Solution Architect in Grooming, Solution design including NFRs, Estimation, Validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams.
- Ensuring high quality backlog boosting the performance of scrum teams.
- Support business in demonstrating the capabilities, training, deployments, onboarding business/markets & change management.
- Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on Releasability, Reliability, Security and performance.
- Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.
- Involve in Peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies.
- Identify Kaizen opportunities at work and improve process and delivery .
- Endorses the content of the release (including NFRs) prior to release and manages interdependency with other programs.
- Support Operations and business with SME Expertise during crisis management for business continuity across global time zones.
- Stay current with Market knowledge on Platform Technology Curve.

Philips aims to establish a harmonized MDM platform from which all transactional systems will source master data,
MDM program is implemented using Informatica MDM as the backbone of Master Data Management.
Informatica MDM solution caters to multiple MDM domains: Business Partner (Customer and Vendor), Product, Finance, Internal Organization and Reference Data (FORDH), People and Q&R.
MDM Business Analyst will work closely with key MDM users, data stewards in markets and GBS teams to understand Master Data requirements in business functions and Markets. MDM BA will join hands with MDM solution architects and delivery teams to build and deliver world class MDM solution.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Knowledge of MDM concepts and experience with MDM domains including Customer, Vendor, Supplier, Product, Finance using both out-of-box features and configuration/ customization
- Hands-on experience in Informatica MDM in technical lead role with focus on Informatica MDM SIF, IDD, User exits, Provisioning tool, Business Entity & Business Entity Services
- Experience in how Informatica MDM can be integrated with other tools/ applications/ systems with native integrations and external middleware tools
- Good hands-on experience with SQL and databases such as DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.
- Good knowledge and understanding of master data in SAP ECC or S4 HANA
- Basic experience/knowledge of different systems such PTC Windchill, SAP ECC/HANA, Salesforce and its integration with Informatica MDM
