You are responsible for
1. You are responsible for defining and supporting the building of data products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. You will own the Impact Assessments for Analytics & Data Services, bridging the gap between Business Requirements and Technical Capabilities
2. You will be responsible for defining the Impact Assessment process, aligning processes to the SAFe Scaled Agile ways of working including producing Business Cases and identifying MVPs.
3. You will need to co-ordinate resources across multiple teams to conduct impact
4. You will be responsible of external teams of skilled engineers on Cloud Data monetization projects.
5. You will understand the business requirement and drive Systems enhancement to provide the necessary data in the best way according to the IT strategy and the business needs. You will define & implement the best strategy for data transformation.
6. You will provide value to the business improving the value of data, working on an an enterprise grade Analytics that handles terabytes of data every day and working on data monetization programs.
7. Completing Impact Assessments across the Analytics & Data Services Team including Migration Services, Data Products & Cloud Capability
8.Owning the Demand Review Board which will make Go / No Go decisions on new portfolio Epics
9.Portfolio alignment across external (Non-IT) teams to manage handoff of requirements
10. Design and develop extensions to the data platform working on the E2E data pipeline
11. Automate data manipulation and extraction through CI/CD Pipelines and CloudOps functionalities.
12. Leverage on your analytical skills to create new value out of our data and lead team of engineers.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
1. Broad knowledge of ETL, reporting systems, Big Data Platforms, Cloud Services
2.Previous experience of Product Owner role including backlog management
3.Experience in people management
4.Experience in budget and viability management in IT projects (Preferred) SAFe Scaled Agile – Leading SAFe
5.Knowledge of data preparation (Preferred) Knowledge of Cloud Data Architecture on 6. Azure or other Cloud Providers for storage, compute (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
7.Knowledge of SQL, NOSQL, Hadoop/Big Data and data modelling concepts
8.Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and patterns.
9.Understanding of Ci/CD frameworks leveraging on tools as Jenkins + GitHub
10.Understanding of distributed compute frameworks such as spark.
