Job Summary:
The Auditing & Data Analytics Program Analyst will support the client’s Supply Chain Risk Management team by auditing and assessing the business continuity and risk mitigation plans, incident monitoring, data analysis management, overseeing the business financials, optimizing technical processes and tools, as well identify threats and risks with operations. Additionally, the Analyst will work with business units, the program management office, and other stakeholders to remediate security findings and control gaps in a timely manner. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States – East Region.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Supports the Supply Chain Risk Management team with audits and assesses with documents risk mitigation recommendations and communicates to stakeholders.
- Schedules, plans, and manages the Track audit utilizing established Supply Chain Risk Management tools.
- Provides incident monitoring, tracking, and follow-ups (data collection, combination of information, follow-ups).
- Provides data management and data analytics to be descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and responsive with KPIs data collection and presentation (Assessments, Incidents, Initiatives, Technology).
- Identify and solve supply chain risk/resiliency challenges through operational and strategic solutions to support internal and external clients.
- Support the materials development and sharing of Supply Chain Risk Management and Supply Chain Resiliency.
- Develops deliverables to demonstrate SCRM program success by identifying, understanding, and analyzing multi-faceted risks and threats.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in data analysis and metrics-based analytics is preferred. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Competencies:
- Data Power Bi Analytics experience.
- Experience working in or with federal, state, or local government.
- Relevant exposure to US legislation and foreign policy related to global supply chain certification programs.
- Strong foundation of skills and knowledge within one or more domains of Supply Chain Risk Management, Technology, Risk and Audit assessment.
- Stay current and utilize industry standards and best practices to drive improvements in overall security posture.
- Able to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Able to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across functions to achieve business objectives and drive strategic change.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Familiarity with standard Project Management processes.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office and operations-based technology platforms.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $75,000 / year.
