Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will support the development and maintenance of Budget Planning and Schedulingโs Custom Software, PLEX and THOR. They will collaborate closely with TechSol development teams to assist in system solution architecture, data troubleshooting, and new functionality testing efforts.
Job Duties:

Support Analytics Manager with Custom Software functionality scoping

Capital Projects, Surface Development, Power, PWM Transition from PMDB
-
New Enhancements
-
-
Act as a Business Analyst in the PLEX/THOR Scrum Team
-
Collaborate with all BPS Stakeholders (internal and external) on new functionality
-
Owner of data process flow in/out of BPSโ Systems
-
PLEX Integrations: SDE, Oracle, Unifier, TDV, WellView, OpenInvoice
-
THOR Integrations: ComboCurve, TOW, TDV, TDM, SDE
-
Represent business and liaise with technical team on integration errors
-
Coordinate with Product Owner and development team on critical system errors
-
Be the point of contact within BPS and execution teams for data inconsistencies
-
QC Schedule & Production data
-
Scoping new integrations
-
-
Create and track metrics on System/Integration health
-
Support Analytics Manger in Production Deployment preparation
-
Lead testing coordination of new functionality
-
Facilitating Quarterly budget/outlook timeline & tracking submissions/progress
-

Qualifications:

Bachelorโs degree required
-
Minimum 6 years of analytics or equivalent experience
-
Agile / Scrum Software Development Methodology strongly preferred
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Pro-active with strong attention to detail
-
Change Management experience preferred
-
SSMS / Query Tool
-
Power BI or Spotfire experience
-
Alteryx
-
