To assist and support the Financial Performance Management team with all activities related to project companies including but not limited to
Regular reporting and analysis
Budget and Business Plan
Governance and Disclosures
Transaction management and support
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination
Coordinate with the regional portfolio team and the project companies for basic information request or sharing, as required, in order to support the line manager in effective communication.
Reporting
Business Performance Reports: Preparation of comprehensive executive summary report for, business unit, regions, countries etc. for management review.
Coordinating with the Central Finance team and consolidation teams on any consolidation adjustment matters.
Contribute to the compliance of all companies with finance & accounting policies of group.
Challenges, inquires, and consolidates the forecasts, risk and opportunities for a dedicated asset perimeter.
Prepares, consolidates, and reports global business unit related scorecards.
Produce ad-hoc analysis as required or needed by stakeholders / internal clients.
Monitor new regulations, in particular with respect to finance, accounting and fiscal matters, and assess the impact on the business.
Support and contribute to financial, and risk management (injection, hedging and treasury) decisions in coordination with Corporate Finance team.
Assist the Manager, Portfolio in reviewing Board related documents and material of the project companies and provide comments as required, in order to ensure all the reports are accurate and in place as per the requirements.
Cash flow testing and analysis: Supporting Management to identify Cash Stress Scenarios across the projects, as required
Automation and other efficiency improvement initiatives
Identify processes that need to be automated and coordinate with the consultants to share issues, enhance systems, conduct testing, and ensure the updated features are communicated with the users, so that the system can cater to simple process requests and all project companies can gain from the enhancement.
Budgeting
Be responsible for the effective launch of the annual 5-year Budget cycle. Prepare the process guidelines, update the Budget template to capture the required inputs, prepare the macro-assumptions (FX, PPI, Interest rates etc) to be used by the project companies in preparing the numbers.
Challenge the assumptions taken by the project companies with regards to operating parameters, P&L items, capex, dividend distributions etc. to ensure projects are setting more aggressive targets for themselves.
Preparation of comprehensive executive summary report for business unit, regions, countries etc. for management review.
Support Central Finance team in Group Budget related deliverables.
Compliance
Develop and share the different checklists with the Project companies (BAC checklist, CEO/CFO checklist etc.) and monitor compliance to ensure that the checklists are filled and shared with the Corporate teams as per the defined schedule and format.
Self-Development
Seek knowledge transfer from more experienced team members by closely shadowing them in order to be able to gain experience in Portfolio Management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Communication & Working Relationships:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Chartered Accountant certification is preferred.
Experience:
4 – 6 years of experience.
