· Work Timing: 2 pm – 11 pm IST (UK Shift)
· Working Days: Monday to Friday
· Work Locations: Hyderabad
· Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Defining and ensuring the ticketing process is followed across the development team from a Support standpoint.
Weekly reporting on the support tickets and the productivity metrics of the resources.
Analysis of process reports of all the departments.
Good knowledge on project management tools vis-a-vis MS Office and MS project.
Experience in Agile is highly desirable.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Directly reporting into the CEO of the Organization
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
