The Global Insights & Analytics Manager is part of a team responsible for supporting the Global Network to extract insights that drive ROI from our global client facing tech stack. We are focused on using our data strategy and tools to:
- Gain an understanding of the client journey and engagement
- Drive insights around the effectiveness of marketing tactics
- Foster adoption to improve the value of our data
- Find opportunities within key accounts to drive relationship development & account growth

Demonstrates extensive-level success in the following abilities used to successfully identify and address client needs, emphasizing the following:
- Understanding of the insights and analytics capability within Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Datorama, Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Web Platform;
- Designing analytical approaches to understand and communicate sales and marketing behaviors, taking into consideration platform infrastructure and opportunities for improvement;
- Using knowledge of measurement and success techniques;
- Developing and building dashboard templates for use and customization within territories;
- Using analytical skills to measure ways of working and make appropriate recommendations regarding interventions to further drive enablement;
- Understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, data mining and machine learning algorithms problem solving;
- Confidently experimenting with emerging technologies (e.g. machine learning and AI) to harvest data lakes and inform the development of go to market strategies;
- Demonstrating knowledge and leveraging insights gained through two or more of the following areas to drive decision making and understand sales and marketing behaviors:
- Leveraging machine learning/predictive modeling, natural language processing, statistical analysis, simulation modeling, and graph analysis;
- Demonstrating knowledge of large scale data processing tools;
- Utilizing data analysis workflow using tools as well as data visualization tools;
- Understanding of NoSQL (Graph, Document, Columnar) database models, XML, relational and other database models and associated SQL;
- Understanding of ETL tools and techniques and how to map transformation and flow of data from a source to a target system; Performing in development language environments: e.g. Python, Java, Scala, C++, R, SQL, etc. and applying analytical methods to large and complex datasets leveraging one of those languages; and
- Building and fostering relationships across the business as well as other marketing functions, and navigating complex situations while applying firm policies and procedures to enable compliance across the network.
