The Alternative Investments Analyst will be responsible for a wide spectrum of alternative investments products. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including but not limited to financial advisors and their teams, asset managers and fund administrators.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions
- Assisting senior members of their team with projects, conducting research, and compiling data as needed
- Collaborating with managers and consultants to effectively document business processes
- Recording, manipulating, and making reports on the requirements that are in the rational tool suite
- Supervising requirements traceability and recording the status of the requirements through the course of the project
- Monitoring the changes in baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools
QUALIFICATIONS
- • 1-3 years’ experience in financial services related field
- • Inquisitive, creative thinker who is motivated to learn and driven to achieve exceptional results
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
- • Strong work ethic and interest in improving business, technical and operational processes
- • Ability to make connections across multiple data sources
- • Strong analytic experience
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- • Securities licensing (SIE and Series 7 or 99) preferred
- • Strong working knowledge with Excel
