Job Description – Python/Django Developer
Job Responsibilities :
– We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. We are looking for individuals whose thoughts when put into action would create wonders and fuels happiness for our clients.
– Python Developer responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.
Ultimately, you’ll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs.
– Writing effective, scalable code
– Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
– Integrating user-facing elements into applications
– Test and debug programs
– Improve functionality of existing systems
– Implement security and data protection solutions
– Assess and prioritize feature requests
– Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
– Building software/website or adding the new feature to existing software/ website
– Modifying software to fix errors thus improving its performance
– Timely reporting of the status of the project/ task assigned to the corresponding project manager
– Basic testing and validations from the developers’ side
– Communicating with the client to analyse the features
– Analysis and implementing assigned tasks after discussing with technical architect
Eligibility :
– B. Tech/ BE in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field
– Work experience as a Python Developer (1-5 years of experience)
– Expertise in Python Django framework
– Hands on in Django ORM & default template engine
– Knowledge in Django REST framework
– Would be a plus point if one has basic knowledge in Angular/React JS
– Would have an added advantage if having knowledge in Unit Testing
– Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodology.
– Familiarity with front-end technologies (like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery)
– Knowledge in machine learning and data science, front end technologies like angular, react etc. would be plus
– Good problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills with a good team player spirit would be the perfect match for our team
