General Purpose and Scope of Position: The HR Business Systems Analyst will join the HRIS team providing technical support for various HR business applications that include all aspects of the employee life cycle such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Core Learning Management and Payroll. This position works directly with end-users and content owners to gather business requirements and make recommendations. The Human Resources Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting HR business systems and providing data needs of the local HR Teams and multiple subsidiaries. Key Skills and Abilities Include: Demonstrated ability in managing an HRIS system in a reporting and analytical role Broad understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and measurement of business success. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Tenacity in finding creative solutions to business needs and demand planning Experience using reporting tools (Preferred) Key Personal Attributes Include: Strong sense of initiative to identify data solutions to business needs Keen attention to detail and an attitude embracing error-free work products Ability to communicate technical information among a wide audience A demonstrated team approach with a personality easily integrated into group efforts Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include: Managing HRIS System: Ensure system enhancements are functional with little to no impact on any current functionality Ensure accurate employee data at all times Create processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency Perform scheduled activities such as data maintenance and report distribution Serves as the technical contact for assigned functional areas and support for subject matter experts Conduct training that includes producing guidelines/how-to documentation Assist with security role assignments Project management, integrations, implementations, upgrades, and seasonal projects Provide support by troubleshooting and documenting issues Data Reporting: Work with Regional HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide meaningful employee data reports both on a regular and ad hoc basis Utilize system data reporting to maximum efficiency Maintain scheduled reports list Support Operations Team members with data reports General Data and Analytical Support: Work with various business units to understand information needs and provide effective solutions Develop solutions for generating specific metrics and, when required, collaborate with the enterprise information systems teams on implementation including owning critical processes central to the delivery of accurate employee metrics Documents, reviews, and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $62,500 to $83,367. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
