Prologis is seeking an Analyst/Associate (depending on experience) in our Denver, Colorado office to work within our Fund Management team. This individual should be a self-starter who has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and think critically. The role will interact with the entire Prologis organization at all levels, including the C-suite. They will develop and maintain fund models, work with fund management colleagues around the globe, and ensure consistency and accuracy of both internal and external reporting.
Here’s how to do that:
- Administer our global Fund Administration platform. Create and develop new processes to ensure complete, accurate and timely investor reporting
- Serve as subject matter expert to Fund Management and Accounting teams on operating performance calculations and historical results. Provide feedback on internal and external reporting, as required, directing efforts toward ensuring accuracy and consistency of our key performance metrics across the global funds
- Assist in setting up and improving fund financial models, processes and reporting
- Responsible for tracking several fund management key metrics including equity raises, fair value and investment capacity data, fund track records and other ad hoc reporting, as needed
- Prepare internal reporting for upper level management including business plan, board of directors presentations, and earnings preparation materials

- 0-5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with entire MS Office Suite
- Basic programing and data analytics skills (tableau, R, Python, SQL)
Analytical skills: attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information without losing the overall picture; ability to perform calculations such as levered and unlevered IRR, NPV, fund return calculations, and various other financial returns and metrics, quickly, consistently and accurately
Understanding of financial / accounting concepts: working with both the Fund Controller and with the Treasury and Capital Markets teams, calculating and projecting sources and uses and cash flow distributions
Real estate interest: working knowledge of the U.S. real estate markets and understanding of value drivers; fund management experience a plus
Team player mentality: ability to integrate with seasoned team, combined with the skills to work independently
Hands-on, self-starter mentality: manage and multitask various ad hoc requests from the business, in a proactive and practical fashion
Self-development: curious mindset, awareness and ability for self-assessment, openness to feedback from manager, peers and other relevant stakeholders
Confidentiality: absolutely trustworthy treating all information with confidentiality
Interpersonal and communication skills: ability to quickly summarize / communicate the relevant aspects of potential transactions; ability to communicate extensively with peers, management and third parties
Target base compensation range of: $ $78,000 – $110,000, plus bonus % target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
