Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and provide research and analysis to aid in solving sophisticated business scenarios.

Interview customers to define and refine business needs through requirements gathering and analysis which will be used to define project scope.

Analyze, and prepare requirements documentation, including but not limited to current and future state swim lane diagrams, business requirements, stakeholder requirements, business rules, data definitions, user stories, and epics.

Analyze artifacts including but not limited to: Architectural diagrams, process flows, use cases, user interface requirements, functional specifications, traceability matrix, technical documentation, and production support release documents.

Review incoming requirements at the program level and work directly with assigned product stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Ensure continuity of services by serving as a subject matter expert on business functionality and the impact of system changes on multiple product platforms.

Work directly with the assigned Agile team and support the Product Owner with user stories, epics, User Acceptance Testing and Sign Off (UAT), and other project needs.

Work closely with Project Managers or Scrum Masters to assist with project planning and scope management.

Understand Business Process Management, Business Process Design, and Change Management while serving as the subject matter expert on assigned projects.

Conduct feasibility studies to determine go/no go decisions.

Proactively develop and maintain subject matter expertise in specialized area(s).

Remain up-to-date on current Business Analysis trends and best practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) preferred Agile or Scrum certifications strongly preferred.

Three (3) years’ experience in Business Analysis required from one or more of the following disciplines: product, enterprise, data, business process, reporting, system, and stakeholder.

Two (2) years of payments processing or financial service experience preferred. Experience with User Experience and Product Design preferred.
