This position will be supporting the Social Media/Digital Analytics in the Customer Technology area. This team works in our social media channels, mostly Facebook and Twitter, and responds to customer inquiries and concerns. We strive to help every customer that reaches out to us in a timely manner. The other responsibility of the team are digital analytics. All the digital channel analytics are developed and maintained in this group. Our applications include Google Analytics 360, Sprinklr, Salesforces, as well as Sitecore Analytics and SAP. This position is a remote position. - Monitor social media channels for customer needs and brand concerns. Â
- Perform routine social media tagging, user management, and conversation management tasks Â
- Support our understanding of customer behavior on digital channels through reporting and analytics Â
- Support digital analytics by assisting with weekly data pulls and process improvement strategies Â
- Interest in Digital Channel Analytics – such as Salesforce and Google Analytics Â
- Superior written and verbal communication skills Â
- Highly collaborative, able to work across business units to achieve desired outcomes Â
- Prior experience running reports using common tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Access Â
