Brief about Impact:
People are the linchpin of the software services industry yet often, graduates fresh out of college have to work mainly with their native intelligence or are at best provided a few weeks of training before they are deployed on the job. At Psiog, the IMPACT program provides mentorship over a 27 month period to build world class leaders who owe their success to the program’s structured curriculum, innovative pedagogy & one on one training by industry leaders in various stages of the professional development.
Roles and Responsibilities for Impact Interns
General Responsibilities
Complete Assignments Using the 2Q1T Framework
- Quantum of Work: Ensure that the scope of work assigned is completed thoroughly.
- Quality of Work: Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
- Time Taken for Work: Adhere to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
Submit Work in LMS
- Ensure all completed assignments are uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) on time.
- Follow the submission guidelines provided by the mentor.
Maximize Knowledge Gain
- Engage actively in assignments to gain comprehensive knowledge.
- Seek feedback and implement suggestions to improve understanding and performance.
Deliver the Best Outcome During Reviews
- Prepare thoroughly for review sessions.
- Present work clearly and confidently, addressing all rubrics and criteria set by the mentor.
Satisfy All Rubrics to the Maximum Level
- Understand the evaluation rubrics provided.
- Aim to meet or exceed expectations in all evaluated areas.
Make Project Presentations to Senior Management
- Prepare professional and well-organized presentations.
- Highlight key achievements, learnings, and project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrating both technical knowledge and presentation skills.
Assignments Can Be at Individual or Team/Group Level
- Complete assignments both individually and as part of a team/group as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Get Guidance from Mentor and Act According to Instructions/Guidance
- Seek and follow guidance from the mentor.
- Implement instructions and suggestions provided by the mentor to improve performance and outcomes.
