Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Developer who will help set up and stabilize various reports and tools across capacity to enable digital business transformation.
Qualifications
We are setting up next generation new tools and reports using Power BI to enable our capacity/business teams make effective decisions, provide visibility and ultimately transform.
The Individual will work with various global stakeholders at the VP level to understand the business requirements and set up the new tools.
Your Impact:
- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
- Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and determine timeline to completion
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and apps presenting detailed analytics
- Analyze current Extract, Transform Load (ETL) pipelines to find and present optimizations
- Create custom charts and calculations as per requirements
- Work with users and team members at all levels to identify performance improvements and suggestions
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of working experience in Power BI
- Ability to connect large (50GB-1TB) data sets and present analytics though Power BI
- Should be well versed in SQL: able to write queries, joins & filter data, importing & exporting
- Ability to think through end-to-end solution recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in Row-level Security (RLS) at DB & Power BI end
- Demonstrated experience in Drill down & Drill through presentation of data
- Demonstrated experience in Report Level access configuration
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Exposure to Azure cloud environment and Office 365 Workspace management
- Demonstrated experience in DAX calculations, Power Query, Excels are add-on
- Familiarity/interest in complex reporting & Data Sciences
Additional Information
Pay Range: $75,000 – $146,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
